Welcome to Caymus Properties. Our goal is to build strong, lasting relationships with our tenants to enhance their rental experience.

Quality Product - We work hard with the owners of each house that we manage to ensure your new home is comfortable, safe and is of the highest quality possible for our tenants.  Due to our affiliation with our ownership group we have a passion to preserve our investments -- all of our rentals are expertly maintained by our network of trusted professionals.

 

Easy Access & Communications - Our live Tenant Portal allows tenants to manage their rental account 24hrs a day from anywhere.  You have access to all of you lease documents, ability to review your entire rental ledger, pay bills online, open and track maintenance work orders all with just a few clicks of a mouse.  Our interactive message board also allows you to communicate directly with your management team at your convenience.

 

Our general rental criteria to qualify to rent are that you have a legal and verifiable income of three times the monthly rent collectively, two recent years of good rental references or ownership and at least two lines of positive credit established with a creditor who reports to a credit agency. For credit to be considered positive the overall credit report must be 80% in good standing. Qualifications for each property are listed in the property listing on our website.
